Soy sauce

The black soy sauce – additional name “dark soy”, is mainly used in casseroles, soups and stir-fried dishes, usually very concentrated, dark and thick.

The light soy sauce – as opposed to dark soy, is bright, thin, semi-transparent soy and it has delicate taste and is more suitable for adding to a ready food for seasoning and salting during the meal.

Sweet soy sauce – recommended for seasoning stews, dips, marination, stir-fried dishes sauces, soups, excellent barbecue sauce seasoning for meat and poultry.

Chili sauce

Sweet chili sauce – Original Thai chili – sweetened chili sauce with a gentle spiciness. It is used for seasoning stews, dips, marination, stir-fried dishes sauces, soups and as grill gravy.

Spicy chili sauce – spicy and thick chili sauce. It is used for seasoning stews, meats, poultry and fish, dips, marination, stir-fried dishes sauces, soups and as grill gravy.

Plum sauce

Sweet and sour sauce, contains salted plum.

Recommended for seasoning stews, meat and poultry, for dips and marination, stir-fried dishes sauces, preparation of appetizers, salads, cocktails with crushed ice and for baking.

Vegetarian Mushroom Sauce

The heart of Chinese kitchen cooking, contains soy sauce and shiitake mushrooms.
